1. Cancellation Policy
   • You can cancel your test booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled sample collection.
   • Cancellation requests must be made via email at [email protected] or by calling our customer support.
2. Refund Policy
   • If a cancellation request is made before sample collection, a full refund will be processed.
   • If a cancellation request is made after sample collection, no refund will be provided.
   • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
   • Refunds for failed transactions due to technical issues will be processed automatically.
